【摘要】 对不同配方快速镍刷镀层的耐磨性进行了对比试验研究。分别改变工作电压和电极相对速度,得出3种配方快速镍刷镀层耐磨性与工作电压、耐磨性与电极相对速度关系的回归方程和回归曲线,揭示了刷镀层耐磨性随着各因素水平变化而变化的规律。选取快速镍刷镀液配方、工作电压和电极相对速度3个因素进行正交试验,结果表明,快速镍刷镀液配方对刷镀层耐磨性有极显著的影响。3种配方中(NH4)3C6H5O7的含量有显著差别,其排序为配方Ⅲ>配方Ⅰ>配方Ⅱ,试验所得3种刷镀层耐磨性与上述排序是一致的,说明(NH4)3C6H5O7的含量直接影响快速镍刷镀液的性能。

Experimental Study on Abrasiveness of Quickly
Plated Surface of Nickel Brush

Abstract
The comparative experiment and study on the abrasiveness of quickly plated surface of nickel brush with different formulations were conducted. The regression equation and curve of the relationships between abrasiveness and brush plating voltage, abrasiveness and relative velocity of electrode to brush plated surface with three kinds of formulations of high speed nickel liquid were obtained by changing technological parameters of brush plating. The results revealed the relations between the abrasiveness of brush plated surface and the level of factors. The orthogonal tests of the formulation of high speed nickel liquid, brush plating voltage and electrode relative velocity were carried out which shows that the effect on the abrasiveness of plated surface by formulations of high speed nickel liquid is prominent. The three kinds of formulations with different content of (NH4)3C6H5O7 are remarkably different, the best is the formulation Ⅲ and the worst the formulation Ⅱ. The experimental results show that the abrasiveness of three kinds of brush plated surfaces is in the same sequence which proved that the content of (NH4)3C6H5O7 affects the property of high speed nickel liquid directly.
