I just tested my 3520-7 (balsapr.com) using 4cell and 5 cell packs. The 5 cell packs were made of a 2 cell in series with a 3cell all 2600mah and 12 C from Polyquest.
I paralleled a set of these to have a 5 cell 5200mah source.
13X8 master airscrew K-series prop
16.7V 648W 39A producing 106oz of thrust
14X7 APC Electric prop
16.2V 682W 42A producing 112oz thrust
On the 4 cell 5200mah (actually four 2 cell packs, 2 in series then both in parallel
13X8 prop
13.3V 408W 31A producing 80oz thrust
14X7 prop
13.2V 408W 31A producing 80oz thrust (no different than the 13X8)
the 4 cell version pulls my 5lb 3D plane with authority. I've not flown yet with the 5 cell version.
I don't know why my results are not as high in any catagory as those I read further up this thread. My only guess is the battery had more than 5200mah available or greater than 12C???

3520-6T is KV 640,no the 3520-7T
3520-6T can run at 50A but speed not can over 10000RPM.
